Mitch is a Pastor with over 27 years of ministerial experience. He is passionate about making disciples and helping people find hope in Jesus Christ through missions, and evangelism. He is also passionate about his family. Debbie, his wife of 32 years, is the love of his life. They have 3 children and their spouses along with 5 grandchildren and counting!
Baptist Campus Minister
Tanner Royalty received Master of Arts in Worship Leadership at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He is a graduate from Campbellsville University with a double major in Communications/Public Relations and English, He serves full-time at New Hope Community Church in Elizabethtown, KY.
Tanner has a passion of discipleship and other than leading worship on a regular basis he enjoys writing content and running a blog to provide useful worship and church resources for other young pastors like himself. You can check out and read his weekly blog here: tannerroyalty.com
Ministry Assistant
Jessi Ashley is the ministry assistant at Lincoln Association of Baptists. She has been in church her whole life. She is a wife and mother to 3 boys and when she doesn’t have her work or mother hat on, Jessi likes to sew and take care of her many indoor plants.
Financial Secretary
Denise Hawkins is the Financial Secretary for Lincoln Association of Baptists. She was born and raised in Hardin County to loving, Christian parents. At an early age, Denise accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She is a graduate from North Hardin High School and has an accounting degree from Georgetown College.
Prior to joining LAB, Denise served as the Assistant Office Manager for Corvin’s Floor Covering from 2007 to 2023. Since retiring December 2023, Denise does only what she wants to and what the Lord leads her to do. Her favorite past times include spending time with family, golfing, shopping, and playing games on her handy-dandy Ipad.
